Since it is vital to move,
to live in our body, to be familiar with it
and to feel at ease from within
- whatever one's age -
I created the
SoftBodyTraining.
My approach is soft to thwart the demands of the
'always more, and always faster'.
It suggests taking time as a means of action,
listening, feeling
and acting with awareness.
When we turn our attention to our body, looking from within,
it becomes a kind of a mirror reflecting our behaviour,
our way of thinking,
our emotional life, our habits, our story...
To smoothly release the knots, that nested in our tissues,
to answer our need for balance,
it is necessary to use
softness.
And softness within effort gives real pleasure.
